HOT BACON SALAD DRESSING
4 slices, bacon, diced
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 T sugar
1 T flour
1 C water
1/4 C vinegar
1/4 C bacon fat

1/4 C vinegar
1/4 C bacon fat
Fry bacon until crisp. Saving fat, drain bacon. Crumble. Set aside. Combine sugar, flour, salt and pepper in a saucepan. Combine water, vinegar and bacon fat. Stirring constantly to prevent lumps, gradually add liquid to saucepan. Heat to boiling. Stir and cook until thickened. Blend in bacon.
Use immediately or refrigerate and reheat. Yield: 4 servings.
